Points and top-ups

Topping up gives you points to spend on readings. Points are the site's own unit and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

If a reading fails

Points are held when you start a reading and only charged once it is ready. If anything fails or times out, the held points return to your balance automatically — you can see this in your wallet history.

Refunds

• Refunds never erase the original top-up record; they are added as a separate entry.
• Unused points and partly used top-ups are handled separately. Partly used top-ups are reviewed by a person and will never leave you with a negative balance.
• We do not have a blanket "no refunds" policy.

No double charges

Reopening a reading you already own is free, and swapping the order of two people in a two-person reading does not charge you again. If you think you were charged twice, contact us and we will make it right.

Taxes

Where taxes apply, they are shown before you pay.
