Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription?
No. Each top-up is a one-time $5.99 payment. Nothing renews automatically — when your points run out, you can top up again if you want.
Do points expire?
No. Your points stay in your account until you use them.
What if a reading fails?
You are not charged. Points are put on hold while your reading is written and only taken once it is delivered. If anything fails, they go straight back to your balance.
Do I pay again to reread a reading?
No. Every reading you open stays in your account to reread for free. You can also switch its tone (gentle, funny, roast) up to 3 times at no cost.
Can I get a refund?
