Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account: your email and a hashed password (never stored in plain text). No phone number, ID or real name is required.
• Birth details: date, time (if known), birthplace time zone, and an optional city and nickname. We treat these as sensitive.
• Details you provide about another person for a two-person reading. You confirm you are allowed to share them.
• Usage: purchases, point activity, reading content and when you opened it.

What we never do

• We do not write birth details or reading text into access logs, and logs never contain keys or card data.
• We do not build searchable profiles of people or use anyone's data for ad targeting.
• We do not send your email or city to the AI provider — only the minimum chart facts needed to write the reading.
• We do not use real customer data as test samples or screenshots.

Keeping and deleting data

Deleting a birth profile also deletes its readings and conversations. Deleting your account removes your profiles, readings, conversations and cached jobs. Payment and refund records that we are required to keep are separated from your personal content and kept for 2555 days for accounting and disputes.

Your choices

• Export your profiles, readings and point history from Settings at any time.
• Delete a single reading, a single profile, or your whole account at any time.
• Change your time zone at any time; we will tell you how it affects which day counts as "today".

Service providers

We use an AI language model provider to write readings and a payment provider to process top-ups. They only receive what they need to do that job.
